The recipient archive
Every award, named and dated.
The recipient archive on this site lists 813 scholarship awards to Lincoln High School graduates, beginning in 1994 and running through 2026. Each entry carries a year, a scholarship name, and a recipient name. The early years are far thinner than the recent ones — the archive records 2 awards in 1994 — while every year from 2004 onward records at least 25.
It is the most detailed public accounting the Foundation keeps of its work. It is searchable, and anyone can check it.

Governed by volunteers.
Every board member is an unpaid volunteer. Nobody on the board is paid to raise the money, review the applications, or keep the archive current. The Foundation pays outside professionals for the work that calls for one, such as managing its investments and filing its taxes.
- How recipients are chosen
- The board selects recipients through a double-blind review of the applications and recommendations students submit.
- When a relative applies
- A board member with a relative among the graduating seniors is excused from that year's selection, and a former board member takes their place.
- Meetings
- The board meets monthly to plan and discuss the Foundation's work.
- Terms
- Board members serve three-year terms, up to three terms.
